Catch up day
After breakfast I made my list of things to do. By the end of the day I'd unfortunately only checked off a couple of them.
I went through a big stack of bills and other mailings and kept only those that had to be filed away or paid.
I emptied my backpack and took most of the stuff out of my suitcase, washed dirty clothes, and semi-organized everything else.
I checked on my worm farm and found them all dead. This wasn't totally unexpected. When I left it already seemed that the population was decreasing, so something went terribly wrong. I have no idea what.
I updated this site, but am still a day behind.
Checked recent email and started working on the backlog—the number was in the 500s at the start of the day. By mid-day I had knocked about 200 off.
I updated my Teaching Design, Teaching Software survey and wrote a draft of an email to all who responded. If you happen to be one of those respondents you should have gotten the email on Oct. 23. If you haven't please let me know.
I didn't run. It was cold and I couldn't get motivated to leave the house. Tomorrow, for sure.
