Kinda cool
Since summer officially started on Memorial Day weekend, lifeguards were on duty today at Edgewater Park. The lake water temperature was 56 degrees, the air was about the same, and a 15 mph wind made it feel a lot colder. Must have been a long day for this guy (gal?).
Seagulls were the only ones on the beach, and even they stayed out of the water.
Just two guys playing chess in the shelter of the concession stand instead of two tables with multiple games and spectators that you'd find on a typical summer day.
