Back home
For the past few years I've made it a point to get up at 5:45 a.m. every day of our two-week vacation at Kelleys Island. I walk across the grass to the rocky beach and snap a picture as the sun rises over Lake Erie. No two are alike. Each is beautiful in its way, even the gray and cloudy ones. Mission accomplished, I walk back to the house and hop under the covers to sleep 'til a more reasonable hour.
Back in Cleveland I try to come up with a new way of showing the sequence of days. This year it's this video.
