Neighborly

Snow not shoveled off walkSnow shoveled off sidewalkI've lived in the city my whole life. A big snowfall tells me a lot about my neighbors.

The neighborly thing to do is to get out and shovel your sidewalk so it's passable for walkers, like you see here, looking south past my house.

The sidewalks were in good shape nearly to the end of the block, unlike those to the north of us. The Vantage Place assisted living center can't be bothered to clear snow alongside their property. To walk in that direction you're forced into the street. Not very neighborly.
