"Welcome to Lakewood Hospital"
Another day, another hospital Emergency Department. Another non-life-threatening situation with mom. The medical staff do their jobs reasonably efficiently and reasonably well, it seems. No horror stories, but still 4 hours to find out nothing is medically wrong. Which everyone pretty much knew from the moment we walked through the door.
The nurse joked that 3 hours in "Emergency Room time" is like nothing. We didn't laugh.
