Depending on how much time you've scheduled, seeing Stonehenge may not be an option. But if you've taken my advice and not over scheduled your time then you must go. It's about a two hour train ride from London to Stonehenge across beautiful countryside. Once you get to the small, historic town of Salisbury, finding a tour group is easy. They're right outside. Just pick one and you're off.
Once at Stonehenge, slow down even more. This is an amazing place and truly beautiful. I would also recommend the audio tour. I provides details on the sight and its mysterious history.
If you can make the time, Stonehenge is not to be missed.
