A Few Recipes I've Used

Sag Paneer
Sag paneer is a spinach with spices dish, with cheese (or tofu) thrown in at the end. This version is very tasty, and my teenage son raids the fridge for leftovers. Since I’ve not found kosher “paneer,” I just use mozzarella. Only problem: it melts before serving. But it still tastes great.
Naan
Naan is a very tasty Indian flat bread. But it’s sure a mess to make! Lots of fun with kids; just try to get them to do the cleanup!
Aloo Gobi
Here’s Gurinder Chadha’s Aloo Gobi recipe, as copied from the DVD “extra” by someone who had the same reaction we did.

General Indian Recipe Sites

Rumela.com
This is the overall site, with links to dozens of other recipes.
IndianFoodForever.com
This has a very nice vegetarian section, as well as a good bread section.
AllRecipes.com
This is not necessarily the best, but it sure seems to be the website that has the Google algorithm figured out. Type in most anything you want to cook, and this site will be one of the top results. A LOT of recipes.
